The second annual PolarFest at Centennial Park will be held Feb. 17-19 with live music and horse-drawn wagon rides, the City of Moncton said Monday.
In a news release, the city said the winter festival will have an assortment of new attractions and traditional activities for all age groups. Attractions include the horse-drawn wagon rides, live music, craft beer garden in partnership with Happy Craft Brewing, the llamas from Llamazing Adventures and glow-in-the dark activities at night.
Some of the activities will be weather dependent, like skating on the Muskrat Skating Trail and sliding on the snow hill in the lower bowl of Centennial Park. There will also be snow sculpting, ice sculptures, food trucks and music by DJ Bones.
