SUSSEX - The Sussex Toastmasters Club is actively seeking new members.

The club's mission is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn fosters self-confidence and personal growth.

Meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Sobeys Community Room. Guests and new members are always welcome.

Sussex Toastmasters will hold a six-session Speechcraft course Wednesday evenings in the new year. The course is open to men and women who would like to improve their public speaking skills at work, at home and in the community. The fee is $25.
